3. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
HKT LLC (hereinafter, "We," "Us," "Our") operates a mobile messaging program. By consenting to our mobile messaging service, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description: Users can expect to receive messages regarding property inquiries, order updates, appointment reminders, and service notifications.
Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 771-253-3838. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages with varying frequency based on your interactions. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

4. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
